Radon gas
measurement
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas. It comes from the
decay of uranium that is found in nearly all soils. Radon gas is
colorless, odorless, and without taste. The presence of radon in
a home cannot be detected by human senses. The only way to know
if your home has radon is to test. The EPA and the Surgeon General
recommend that homes below the third floor be tested for radon.
The EPA recommends that homes with high radon concentrations above
4pCi/l be mitigated.Get more information about Radon from
www.radalink.com

Septic
dye test
The Septic dye test is used to identify leaks or overloads in a
septic system on the day of the inspection. This cannot normally
be done on a vacant home.
Mold inspections
Mold in residential housing can be a health concern for some people.
If there is a large colony of mold in a building, there is a moisture
problem, e.g. plumbing leaks, high humidity, roof leaks, condensation,
etc. We offer thorough visual inspections for mold and mold species
identification in certain circumstances.
